W is for Willis Carrier, the man who invented the modern central air conditioning system.

Z is for Zoned System, an HVAC system that is divided into specific sections in a home or business. For example, the first floor might be Zone 1, and the second floor is Zone 2. The heating and cooling in each zone is controlled by its own thermostat.
